any user can use the system with little to no training. However, for those companies that
request it, we offer training support in a number of ways:
We can provide customized manager and sales representative training manuals. These manuals provide detailed descriptions about how to use all aspects of the system.
We can send our trainers to conduct on-site training for your personnel. These programs are tailored to two groups: Train the Trainer sessions and Train the User Sessions. If you select Train the Trainer, we will teach your administrators how best to train your personnel. If you select Train the User sessions, we will work directly with your end-users, teaching them how they can improve their business profitability by optimizing the use of the Order Reporter™ system.
We can also provide web-based training for companies with highly distributed sales teams. We can tailor these live training sessions to your specific requirements.
