The most economical loading sequence is once per month. You may wish to upload your current data more often. Of course, every organization is different so your load frequency might vary from others. The primary factor affecting the load timing is how frequently you produce a complete and accurate order data file, including products sold, commissions paid, cost of goods, expenses, shipping costs, customers and other related order data.
