Order Reporter™ provides powerful user reporting via the web at an extremely competitive price. For a field force of 100, the annual cost is similar to the salary of a junior business analyst.

COSTS:

Order Reporter™ has two costs:

1. Set-Up Fee

This modest one-time fee allows us to configure the application to match your internal categories, codes and labels.

2. Monthly Hosting Fee

This fee is tied to the number of customer contact personnel in your field force. The total count will be equal to sellers with territories, their managers, plus un-manned territories that you track. Pricing can vary depending if you upload your order file monthly, weekly or daily.

TERMS: Order Reporter™ Set-Up Fees are due on completion and acceptance of the application. No upfront costs are required. The first six-month non-refundable fees are paid at time of initial service. Thereafter, quarterly payments are made at the start of the period. Unused quarterly payments are returned—no questions asked—for any mid-quarter cancellation.
