How long does it take to set up this system?

Once you fill out the Order Reporter™ “Fast Start Set-Up Questionnaire,” the only constraint is receiving, loading and validating your order history. Generally, this takes about 10 business days.

Our sales people are busy selling our products; they do not have time to learn a new software application.  How long does it take to learn how to use Order Reporter™?

We designed Order Reporter™ to require little to no specialized training. The application operates just like typical websites. Additionally, users create reports using a simple selection console. Never before has so much power been delivered to the sales force with such ease of use and understanding.

Do I need to involve my IT department to set up the system?

It will be necessary for you to request assistance from your IT department to set up a process that periodically creates and uploads data files into Order Reporter™. Beyond that, you do not need to tax your scarce IT resources.
